When you submit a project enquiry we collect your name, email address, telephone number, property address or location, project details, budget indication, timescale, planning status and any photographs or drawings you choose to upload.

Solely to respond to your enquiry, assess whether the project is suitable, and where relevant prepare a scope, estimate and programme. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for marketing without your agreement.

Enquiries are retained for as long as needed to deal with the enquiry and any resulting project, and thereafter for a reasonable period for record-keeping purposes. [Confirm retention period.]
